Please take a look at the LED light color meaning of the Guardian and Pet modules of your Findster Duo+ kit, in order to understand their flashing lights.
Pairing process
When you're going through the pairing process:
- Blue - Waiting for confirmation
- Green - Paired
- Red - Error/cancel
Current usage
While you're using Findster Duo+ GPS pet tracker and its features, the modules will be connected and communicating. However, please keep an eye on their battery level:
- Green (flashing every 10 seconds) - Good battery level
- Amber (flashing every 10 seconds) - Low battery
Pushing the module button
When you push their button:
Guardian
- When they're on:
- White - Not paired
- Red (3 times blinking) - Turning off (when you press its button for 5 seconds)
- Green (once) - Good battery level
- Amber - Low battery
- When they're off and you press its button for 5 seconds:
- Green (3 times blinking) - Turning on
- Red (decreasing wave flash) - No battery
Pet
- When they're on:
- White - Not paired
- Red (3 times blinking) - Turning off (when you press its button for 5 seconds)
- Amber - Low battery
- Color you've assigned - Good battery level / identification color (for you to know which pet the module belongs too)
- When they're off and you press its button for 5 seconds:
- Green (3 times blinking) - Turning on
- Red (decreasing wave flash) - No battery
Charging the modules
While you leave the modules charging:
- Amber - Charging
- Green - Charged
Restoring the modules to factory defaults
When you're restoring the modules to factory defaults:
- White - Waiting for format confirmation (press button for about 5 seconds)
- Green - Success
- Red - Error
Updating the Firmware of the modules
When you're updating the Firmware of the Guardian/Pet modules:
- Blue - Firmware updating process running
- Green - Success
- Red - Error
