5. Understanding the LED light color
Please take a look at the LED light color of the modules, and their meaning in different cases.
While using
The modules will be connected and communicating, on your pet's collar. However, please keep an eye on their battery level:
- Green (every 10 seconds) - 100% - 21%
- Amber (every 10 seconds) - 20% - 0%
Pressing the button
When the module is on and you press its button for 1 second:
- Green (only applies to the Guardian module) - 100% - 21% battery
- Color you've assigned (only applies to Pet modules)* - 100% - 21% battery
- Amber - 20% - 0% battery
- White - Not paired
- Red (3 times blinking) - Turning off (when you press their button for 5 seconds)
When the module is off and you press its button:
- Red (decreasing wave flash) - 0% battery
- Green (3 times blinking) - Turning on (when you press their button for 5 seconds)
* You can assign a color to identify your pet, when you have more than a Pet module, by going to Menu ▶ Profile ▶ tap the Pet module ▶ choose their light color.
Charging the modules
- Amber - Charging
- Green - Fully charged
Updating the modules' Firmware
When you're updating the Firmware of the Guardian/Pet modules:
- Blue - Firmware updating process running
- Green - Success
- Red - Error
Pairing process
When you're going through the pairing process:
- Blue - Waiting for confirmation
- Green - Paired
- Red - Error/cancel
Restoring the modules to factory defaults
When you're restoring the modules to factory defaults:
- White - Waiting for format confirmation (press button for about 5 seconds)
- Green - Success
- Red - Error
