If the connection in one or in both modules drops, please follow these solutions for this order of priorities:
- Be sure your smartphone and the Guardian module are near (5-10 yards/ 5-10 meters), so that the Bluetooth connection doesn't drop.
- Be sure your Guardian and your Pet modules are inside the maximum range. More info in our article about range.
- Restart the Guardian.
- Restart the Pet.
- Restart your smartphone. The connection might drop because of sporadic Bluetooth errors that can be resolved when the smartphone is restarted.
